Ordering

Customers will receive an invoice from us once an order is made. Credit and debit card payments are accepted in our checkout system. If you would like to pay via Apple pay, simply use Safari on your Apple devices. 

Delivery

Items will be mailed out within 24 hours after receiving payment (not including weekends and public holidays). Items are mailed out via Singapore Post.

Normal Mail (2 - 3 working days) — $1.50, +$0.80 for additional items

For large items such as maps and pillows, please select registered mail. Other smaller items can be mailed using normal mail. There is no tracking available for normal mail. Buyer are to bear all responsibility for lost mail. We recommend registered mail to ensure your item reaches you safely.

Registered Mail (2 - 3 working days) — $3.95

By opting for registered mail, a tracking number would be sent to you allowing you to track your items.

Complimentary registered mail for local orders above $100. Please key in code TRIPPYFREESHIPPING to enjoy complimentary shipping.

Self Collection (Only in Singapore)

You may choose to opt for self collection of your items instead of mail. Venue and time will be fixed once payment is confirmed. Location would be in Northeast/East areas. Date and time must be confirmed at least 24 hours before preferred self collection time.
